| New D4 has finally arrived |
|
It was a sad day when our D3 was driven away by it's new owner. Our dealer had offered to loan us a D4 HSE until our new car arrived however, I thought it would spoil the experience of our own D4, so I asked them to loan us a Defender.
After a mere 10 mile drive home in the Defender, my Mrs was not happy to say the least. Much to my amusement, she hated every minute of the Defender experience, especially when we drove 60 miles down the motorway to collect my new 7 Series barge.
We took delivery of our D4 last Saturday (5 weeks late, dealer covered new showroom tax) and I am very impressed with it. It's been 7 months since we test drove one and I had forgotten just how god they are. I'm just hoping it's as reliable and problem free as our D3... Current:

at least you were given a car to borrow, more than I was offered and mine is 5 weeks late as well!
So glad you like it though, im looking forward to driving mine next week if it actually turns up......
