United Kingdom 2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 Base 7 Seat Auto Java BlackDiscovery 3

Bless u, wondered which one it was

Oh yes please , ref the jenson pics if u can dig some out plse , very jealous Mr. Green

Wasn’t it something like an American engine, designed by Italians and built by the brits , never forget the sound of that engine , won’t be getting that from the new electric cars Rolling with laughter

But I bet there will be a demand for engine sound software as an option Whistle

Yeah designed by Vignale and then the brummie boys shoehorned a big block Chrysler V8 into it. Great looking car with the clamshell rear window, but iirc about 16 mpg if you were gentle and 6 mpg if you were in fun mode Laughing

Rolling with laughter Thumbs Up

Have u also seen where they cut into the exhaust and then a shutter system opens / closes controlled by a dashboard switch to make it even louder Laughing

Funny enough the only mustang I’ve like is the very early ones, but then heard there suppose to be terrible to drive

Ah yes the famous rear screen , I imagine there eyewatering to replace

Indeed , all about fun , plus another car I remembered was the old rover coupe, another v8 I think

Still liked my old triumphs I had, vitesse 2 x litre , Dolomites 1850 etc etc Thumbs Up

Interesting indeed and rare too. A fabulous Borgward Isabella, and the once ubiquitous but very practical Peugeot 404 pickup. Both now rare in such fine order.

The Peugeot 404 "bakkie"!!
As we say back home, "designed by the French, used by Africa!!"
This RHD drive model was only available in Southern Africa.
This version and the sedan version, I have very fond memories off!!
2008 D3 HSE Stornoway Grey (UK)
2008 D3 HSE Izmir Blue- South African Spec. (Zimbabwe)
2005 FFRR SC V8- Java Black
1995 D1 300 Tdi Blue - (Sourced from the UK, shipped to Namibia, driven by me to RD Congo, then Zambia, now retired in Zimbabwe)
