Can think of quite a few people on here who could have wished for one of these before now........
Yeah, but why was there no device for misfueling 'Diesel into Petrol'
Thought of this and was waiting for a Dragon to pick up on it ... but they didn't.
So, hands off everyone, I'm going to invent it
The most basic solution [for new cars onwards I hasten to add] is to have diesel nozzles/fillers oval and petrol nozzle/fillers circular.I was a normal heterosexual chap, but in these new woke awakenings I now identify as a Wardrobe.

I've sent them an enquiry for a price for 50 units for a Disco3 group buy.
Mrs DSL says that looks worth getting so you've got at least one buyer!!!

I expect they've been rather busy after last nights show, but if I've not heard back from them by close of play tomorrow I'll ring them rather than rely on the email enquiry I've sent.I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

During the last discussion we had on here about this item, I wrote to them twice using the form on their website expressing an interest in buying two. No reply - nada - zip.
I assumed that their admin was not up to par then. If they get swamped with orders now - Lord knows how they'll react.
I'm still up for one if there's a group buy being organised.

ronp I'm dissapointed that you appear to be requiring a pointy hat with a big 'D' on it
The diesel nozzle at the pump is far bigger than the petrol inlet on 99.9% of all motors 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

BUT, in protest, this did happen to swmbos petrol car.
A local garage with old fashioned attendant service filled her car with diesel.
possibly just old fashioned pumps then or maybe she had that 0.01% car model I was a normal heterosexual chap, but in these new woke awakenings I now identify as a Wardrobe.

I thought this had only been on the market since April, is it the same one you installed.

Got mine on 8th February (do a search on DDN for details) the 1st one worked fine until May, then would not allow any fuel in. The replacement did not allow any fuel in at all.

In that case maybe I will let NoDo$h test it before I buy

As I said, I was the guinea pig for this device back in February and unfortunatley DDN have not yet got back to me to let me know what the problem was/is with the device and D3s.
shan't be holding my breath then. Cheers for the warning I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

I assume (maybe wrongly) that if they do fail you can simply take the thing out & go back to normal, as long as you have the old filler cap somewhere in the car???
