Underbody plate - very easy, four bolts and a few minutes. In fact so easy that I just left it to my 16 year old to get on with it...

Sills - NFI. Don't have any.
The next American ex-pat that calls it a "truck" is going to find out what 2.7 tons feels like on their foot...

Club "yes, I too have had the EGR's replaced..."
Club "yes, I too have had the compressor replaced..."
Club "yes, I too once had the car at the dealer for a couple of weeks nearly 4 weeks over 4 weeks...5 weeks"
Club "yes, I too have had EPB failure..."
Club "yes, I too get mysterious bings and bongs..."

Yeah 4 bolts are easy so long as they aint rusted on Whistle Whistle and need to be attacked with a heat source to free them up, as for the sills they're fairly easy too, just some clips to take off the LR ones and a few screws to take off in the wheel arches.
 If in doubt............flat out.
