United Kingdom 2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 S Manual Alveston RedDiscovery 3
rear upper tail gate trim

Has anyone removed it / replaced it,

How easy was it to remove ?

what's behind it ? apart from the wiper wash pipe and the loom to the high line brake light

I looking at fitting a pair of strobe lights (amber) and want to know if there is any steel webs i can mount to, or is the plastic trim thick enough to cope with the weight of the lamps ? or should i add a backing plate of some sort to strengthen the plastic.

I look forward to your replies

Easy to take off from memory once you remove the screw in the inner handle just work your way from the edge and don’t loose your clips
 Must stop buying shiny toys....
