I've just bought an IID Tool BT, G3 model. The device is new.

I went onto the GAP website to register it and thought I was clicking on the Discovery 4 L319 but when I've later checked appears I may have clicked on Range Rover 322 mistakingly as this is what now comes up when I click on the site with the tool connected by USB cable.( the curser jumps two line when I click on it. Not sure if it's the website, my computer or my fat fingers...even though I have thin ones).

hi all
I've been using my idd tools for a few months without problems but now I am having trouble trying to read ecu errors....it won't the app or device get stuck on "scanning modules". the only way to recover is to force close the app then I get the following "Your tool is currently in a state that cannot be recovered from, disconnect from OBD port and try again"
this works but if I try to read faults it gets stuck at "scanning modules"...

view forum post
Hi

I've got an IID and have a question, my air suspension currently doesn't adjust so am investigating a switch issue but when I go into the suspension settings on the app (the one where you can adjust the height mode) it shows bump stop mode in white which means its current setting yet the suspension height is normal road height, have tried a recalibration but no change, am I missing something?

view forum post
