Mines the old non touch screen so no option for timed climate.

No problem, just easier to know if its been activated with Nav.
Looks like the remote can be activated regardless of Nav with a IID / Faultmate etc.

Fitted my controller yesterday and it works spot on. Coolant was warm when I got in the car this morning at -1 and it thawed it out within seconds with the heated screen and instant hot air, made the drive to work more bearable! Thanks for the fast delivery James, worth every penny!

Enjoying mine for 9 years now! Something nice about starting a pre-warmed engine when its this cold weather.
Tip, i located my status LED here, just tucked under the A-pillar between windscreen and moulding, its been there 8 years, through man car washes and still happy.
Can see it from inside and outside. Its nice to know when the car has started the heater successfully throughout the winter as well as remote starts.

I received the controller but unable due to time and work unable to install it.
Tried via PM to ask the OP as he said I can return it for a refund but he’s not replied to my PMs since January.
If I can’t get hold of Discostick I’ll sell it on for the price I paid but I’ll wait until he gets back to me first.
Why wait, just go for it and enjoy life.
