SUNROOF WIND DEFLECTOR

I have always fitted a sunroof wind deflector to my existing and previously owned cars. They work really well. As yet I can’t find anywhere, one to fit my 2014 D4. Has anyone come across any makes/suppliers please?
Also the passenger leather seat back has a stitched hole on the side about 20mm diameter, facing the door, wondered why?
Thanks

I can't answer your question about the wind guard but it sounds like you have a driver's seat back in place of a passenger version. The hole will likely be the armrest aperture. Shocked

2014 D4 passenger seat side hole.

Nick,
Thanks for the suggestion but on looking the airbag tag is on that side of the seat as it should be, which wouldn’t be there if it was a driver’s seat back, so a bit of a mystery still.
Paul.

Hi,
I wonder if the hole could be for the manual lumbar support adjuster, although sounds like the knob for yours is missing

Yes aj, I think you are right. I hadn’t realised that the passenger seat didn’t have the electric lumbar control like the driver’s side ( blind badger! ). What I need to find out now, is can I simply screw a replacement in or are they attached. If they are attached and it’s therefore broken it will have to stay like that.
Thanks

i would imagine they just pop on and off - I've never tried to remove or refit the knob but I have built a few car seats on production lines in my time.
That will likely have been one of the last bits of trim o be fitted righ at the end of the line so everything else will have been there adn the seat back won't have stopped moving down the track while it was fitted

I was looking for a sunroof wind deflector and after many views that were outrageously expensive i received a message from Amazon and Lord behold at wind deflector and f

ree carriage.
This may not what you are looking for but thought it might help

Manual lumbar adjuster is a push-on knob, HJN500012PVJ. The original probably split, as mine has, and dropped off.
