Tires for 20 inch wheel

Hi all,
time to consider summer tires now.
Any good suggestion for 20 inch wheels with little more off road pattern then road pattern?

I’m running them on 275/45-20 ...... with absolutely no rubbing issues an LR oem rims. I was a normal heterosexual chap, but in these new woke awakenings I now identify as a Wardrobe.
