Think there are some posts about people retrofitting garmin sat navs where the screen normally goes.

The LR SatNav is generally not well thought of & map updates have not been available for some time.

You will be better off going for TomTom or Garmin.

The LR trip computer is similarly flawed; it seems to understate fuel consumption by between 3 & 1.5 mpg.

There are many 3rd party apps to calculate fuel consumption - I use an Excel spreadsheet.

The LR trip computer is accurate but is artificially set to lie to make owners feel better. It can be adjusted to accurately present the painful truth.
