Yes their communication is not the best. I ordered a new rear prop from them last month and it was a week before they got back to me with the shipping code. Having said that when the order was completed it was delivered every quickly.

I got a quote from my indy for recon unit, but more expensive than LR direct new part (OEM quality).
And I know my indy loves to take the bad unit and check it.

Not a big fan of the Britpart own label product but this does say its original equipment so should be from the same source as LRPaul Redding
