Mine too .. had it for approx. 6 weeks (registered March 2016) and the Start/Stop has a mind of it's own.
Have tried all the combinations you described and got nothing as well. Parked in my drive, switched it off and on again, drove up the hill and 'bingo!' ... think it might have to go back to the dealership AGAIN.  My16 HSE Landmark - 2016 - Current. Indus Silver
