| How much does a 19" HSE wheel (no tyre) weigh? |

Anyone know?
Or to put the question a slightly different way, anyone know the best way/company to send/courier one?
Ta Long succession of Disco's since 2001...

Wheel and tyre is around 33kgs ...alloy only would be less than half that  21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

around 2.5 tones when attached to the rest of the car

OK ...it will be around 15 kilograms
EDIT: FYI an 18" alloy (NO TYRE) is 13.8345673 kilograms ...I have just weighed it on the scales

I used this outfit. Just get the sender to cover the wheel in Bubble Wrap to protect the ally. It was next day delivered and pretty cheap. Current cheapest quote is £6.99 for 48 hour service. 14kg 45cm x 45cm x 20 cm

Bill, you'd think i'd have taken the opportunity to weigh the one I had whilst it's tyre was off being repaired
& sorry I had to dash back to meeting the other day.
That's the same courier link / price i'd come up with - used them a couple of weeks ago, worked perfectly.
