Removing door handle caps

OK, I know I will sound like a complete muppet asking this numpty question but before I make an Censored of attempting to, how do you remove the door handle caps? 🤔🤔🥴

Both front door handle caps on my D3 are pretty loose and I want to change them.

Thanks 🙏
 Mick

If you talking about the interior ones then a Thin wide screwdriver (or thin plastic) under one end, although if they’re loose you may just be able to prise them off with your fingers.

At the thicker end (towards the rear) the plastic is very thin so may bend or break but if you’re putting new ones on just add a dab of araldite... Laughing

Cheers Nige.
It’s the exterior ones, I should have said.
Same principal as the interior?

Yeh, I saw that video early today but doesn’t go into how to get the small cover off, the one that on the LH front door pops off for key access.

How do you get the one on the driver side off?

Sorry to say I’ve never got one off without breaking the retaining lugs and sticking them back on Sad If I remember correctly they pull out slightly and then slide across but......someone be along soon who has more luck than me Laughing
