TDV6 2.7 cold start missfire uneven running

I ve just bought a discovery 3 2.7tdv6 2006 and noticed that when its cold there is what seems like a miss fire for a good minute after starting. The intial start for a few seconds sounds perfectly fine an then it seems to start missing a little After a minute it runs perfectly fine and sounds and feels as it should for the rest of the day unless its left to sit for a long while
I always wait for the glow plug light to go out, this morning it was 9ยฐc when i started it.
Ive orderd a icarsoft diagnostic tool to see if there are any active or stored codes. But was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if theres any common components that could cause this and what to look out for.
Many thanks Sam[/s]

injector balance, icarsoft can check this, also worth changing oil temp switch on side of the sump, but this is more noticeable when its cold idling in traffic and starts to gently hunt.
If its 100/120k then the injectors will pretty much be done for.

Ive just checked injector balancing number 5 might be on the high side this is with the engine up to temp. Not sure this is enough to cause a misfire. Added some pictures
I just put an ohm meter across the 6 glow plugs and i got 2 ohms on 1 plug and sky high readings on the other 5
Would this be enough to give miss fire symptoms for a few minutes until warm i read somewhere that the glow plugs stay energized a while after the engine has started
Cheers again for all your help
