Christmas Tree lights - what have I done

So yesterday I did the air con rear pipe delete - to do so I unplugged the bottom two wiring looms, TCCM and the one behind. Put it all back together and then started to change my upper screen inside for a replacement android screen - all looms supplied including a loop for the orange cables (Canbus?)

Today I have a christmas tree! Plugging the iid in it seems like its canbus - communication failures everywhere, and it won't even turn over.

So I take the battery out again, unplug and replug in all the connections behind the battery, do a hard reset whilst there. I also reverse all the changes with the screen, so its all totally stock.

Now it will start, but still full of errors (transmission, suspension, parking brake etc). I can clear them and they come back.

I don't know what to do next! Any ideas?

Yeah funnily enough going for that, but I dont think thats it, its showing as charged, and its not old.

Have also pulled the TCM module connections and a couple have some verdigris, so will try cleaning that...

so ... pin corrosion/muck is likely problem but, whilst it's a PITA, you may need to rewind the changes you did but do it 1 at a time and keep checking.

Hard reset may also be an idea ... but remember to wait a while ( > 10 mins ? ) before shorting the battery leads. some ecus have a knack of misbehaving if not fully "asleep" when you do the reset.

I would check those connecters again and where they plug into as that is more than likely where the problem is.
