Power Steering Pump/bracket upgrade to Later version?

I have an early Disco3 with a snapped Power Steering Pump Bracket.

Ebay seem to want £200 for a new one. New version brackets and pump can be had for less than just the bracket and seem to fix an obvious weak point.

Is it possible to fit the later bracket to the TDV6 2.7 and corresponding Pump, or do the mounting holes and position of the pump not work?
