| problems after body removal and refit |

hay guys,
I am having a couple of issues. 3 months ago my timing belt bolt broke off and hit a few valves. turns out engine is fine, so I bought 2 second hand heads and fitted all. this week I fitted the body (after 2 and a half months apart) connected all the plugs, earths etc. as per Disco_Mikes awesome guide but now I have problems:
I see on my fault finder it is not reading the engine ecu nor the auto box ecu.
got a massive E on the dash, and the whole Christmas tree. Hazards will not stop coming on.
I am hoping that it is just a connection somewhere but would like to get some advice.

check them connections behind the battery
to the ecu's and under the battery.
Remove the battery so you can get a proper look and investigation.

Also check the one in the front passenger side behind the wheel arch liner as well as the ones mentioned above, especially the grey and black plugs.
