I have/do use the Royal Purple fluids in the diffs on the Jags. Haven’t converted the LRs to it… yet??
I was getting a hum and a whirr in the xkr which prompted the change. Its gone now. About 20k kms on that fluid.
But I was thinking, the suggested maintenance schedule is bullocks. So I’m now of the mindset that all those long life fluids get changed at 50k kms…
And truly, the quality of the available fluids today are far above that available of even just a few years ago. 2015 LR4 HSE Lux Aintree Green

Now my car has 200 K km; I haven't changed the oils yet but I will replace them soon with Royal Purple

during the various services on Work S L R i had asked several times to check the fluids and replace them if necessary but they always replied that it was not necessary 🤷♂️
