Whats the simplest, cheapest and best mod you've done?
As per title, mine is to alter the tow bar electric's cover screws, did it 5 years ago and they still have not gone missing, still work perfect, make removing and fitting the cover a doddle without having to get on your knees to see what you're doing, absolute blessing for any one who tows regular.
Cost; 1 off 10mm flat washer cut in half, filed to shape and glued into the slot with Araldite- 10p.
