Yes they are handed SN.
Looking at the top elevation in BCC drawing, the nuts that are welded on to the plates are angled either to the right or the left depending upon which side of the vehicle they attach. I don't know what the angle is but the best way to calculate it is to put a long bolt in and measure with a protractor or some such. It's not critical, a rattling fit will do as tightening up the bolts takes the slack out when fitting the A bar. But you need to be near enough to get the holes in the bumper in the right place. EDIT...have revised the drawing now, have only eyed the angle with a scale rule, don't have a protractor but if someone wants to give me any different measurements I can tweak as required.
