Simple Q on park brake pads & 4mm retained bolt

Just replacing the rear discs and pads on my Disco3.
Old ones were very poor, so job needed doing.

Anyhow, with the nearside disc off I can see the parking brake lock bolt is chewed.
I see this is a retained bolt, but I've removed it.

Anyone know if this bolt is replaceable, or does it come installed in a new set of shoes?
