Anyone recommend a mechanic in / near Sheffield for my D3?

Hi everyone.

My 05 D3 is having a few issues and the mechanic I was using has just had the car for 5 weeks and done NOTHING - he has decided he doesn't want to do the work / work on Discovery's any more...

Main issue is that I (still!) have an air suspension leak that I need to get fixed and now ideally I need to find someone locally who is reasonably priced and actually knows what they are doing.

Any suggestions anyone?

You could try CDS - site sponsor / supporter?

I'm not sure if he works on the air system or not... but worth a try

CDS 4x4 (Clive) came to me as well for glow plugs and very happy with the work Thumbs Up

regarding the Link Exclamation I have just been to the the list of sponsors (under the banner Disco3.co.uk)

Contact made and I was (almost) passing on my way home from a customer in Doncaster this evening so called in an soon found the leaking front left air strut which is of course the reason the front is dropping and why the compressor is running almost constantly. A couple other issues identified as being in need of repair while I was there, as promised I’ll sort out pricing for you ASAP and email it over…. I was accosted by Mrs CDS and given a million Christmas decorations to put up as soon as I got in the door Rolling with laughter
