I want to know if there is any tool to access CCF (Car Configuration File), but from a computer, that is, paying a license of software.

Don’t waste your time and money get an IID tool, lonly the size of a cigarette packet, look on GAP Diagnostics Webb site.  It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
