Different ride heights between early D3's and '09 D3's?

Parked right next to a 2009 (painted bumpers) D3 today. It seemed 3cm higher in the rear compared to mine (I've got a '05), and it was lower in the front compared to mine. It wasn't in extended mode because the front was too low. Just curious if LR changed the static ride heights from the earlier D3's. Thumbs Up

Simple answer - NO. Could it simply be that there was weight in the back of the 09 when he parked it. He removed the weight or people and the rear raised? My rear almost always drops when I hit the unlock after work. I figured maybe the temp increase though the day causes the truck to raise (more so in the back due to the engine).
