EGR replacement guide and how long does it take POLL!! |
|
After lots of black smoke (split pipe) a couple of months ago - I've not got the 'no power under 2500 rpm'.
I know there is a guide to installing 2x 2p EGR blanking plates somewhere here... but I can't find it at the moment. Would someone please point me in the right direction.
Also - if you've done it - how long did it take you?? Please either post or vote.
Many thanks. D4 XS MY12 Galway

I reckon that the email to 10forcash to get him to do it on your doorstep will take under 5 minutes Dr. Ian Malcolm:
"Yeah, but your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should."
Transgenic tomato anyone?

If you go to the link here http://www.bellautoservices.co.uk/index.php?page=news and page down you will find the complete kits for sale at £47.87 with £1.00 for postage.
I think there is also a PDF that shows how to fit them.
It should only take about 30 - 40 mins to fit but care needs to be taken especially with some of the screw/bolts when removing etc. "UNDERSTEER" ---is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" ------is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" -is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" ------------is how far you take the fence with you.
