Car is in desperate need of a clean but tyres are on and so far so good, not yet tested in the mud but it soon will be !!! If you've never been stuck you have never got far enough, when you do give me a shout!
Tried, tested and passed with distinction V8 Hse Disco3 sadly now retired, but the less thirsty D4 Hse Lux also with a discrete Warn Zeon 12 is now in service not yet tested!

I am getting confused - must be my age. The AT3 as I understand is a General Grabber but some people keep mentioning a Cooper AT3?? What is the equiavlent Cooper tyre or are Cooper and general grabber the same. .

quite understand it's such a complicated subject with many factors that effect the tyres
must admit am liking these cooper AT/3 , plenty of grip in the wet
but haven't been off road yet so will then know how they perform
will do around 80% tarmac 20% off roading , wished to not just have plain road tyres
just got to get another two for the backs
thks again
So he means grabber AT3's then..... .

No, im fairly certain that both coopers and general do at3, i have a set of general at3 most other people but cooper ltz, but they are being stopped coming into the uk now due to some EU labeling rule hence why i opted for the general at3 as they are much more agresive than the previous 2 versionsof general grabbers and bare a more similar look to bf goodrich at If you've never been stuck you have never got far enough, when you do give me a shout!

Seriously considering some V rated 275/45/20s for my D4, but notice the Grabber AT3s are a 50/50 road/offroad set up and with little actual road reviews out there.
Taking the off road ability as a given, really want to know about their on road ability and notice the last posts were in December, so would be grateful for any update how they faired through our mild and wet winter?

Is that so? Great news if that’s the case. From the pictures they didn’t look as’knobbly’ as the AT2s - perhaps just the light. 2020 SDV6 D5 HSE, Carpathian Grey +
