Dave,
Why dont you see if you can get a trip over to the UK for a company briefing - you can then have a go in a TDV6. mines been chipped and is 8) now
Or invite me over for a briefing in the USA id love to try some of the stuff you have been doing!!!

Only one very minor issue with the sat nat which sorted itself on it's own??. 10,000 miles of trouble free motoring and a very big grin every time I climb aboard. SWMBO didn't like it in the showroom but now it's her vehicle of choice. her car sits there gathering dust. Yeehaw!!!!!!

Most of you are mere mileage 'pups'
Bought my D3 with 50k on the clock, now at 152k in only 27mths !!!
Unfortinately had a few niggles on the way, but fairness most are the bits that go 'round and round' so wear and tear related.
But still got a perma grin, and love it to bits, fantastic car, very capable, can't think of another car that would do everything my D3 can, except maybe a D4 (one day) Never get mad - get even !!
06 D3 now gone to family member and still going strong at 265k
previous vehicles:
04 D2 TD5 - (clocked 189k from new)
52 X-Trail 2.2 SVE
various euro boxes !

not just the permagrin but the satisfaction of the smooth ride, effortless performance & go anywhere capability
LR Bloody Good BREXIT - done properly.
Right now ...We need Government - not Politics
Save the Dipstick Flagbearer-keep it simple, less likely to fail campaign-agenda items:Starting Handles, Acetylene Lamps.
Founder: Dipsticks-R-Us Inc
D3 HSE-perfectly formed, passenger friendly...has real DIPSTICK
Jag XK-but sadly no DIPSTICK...HUGE design fault
FL2 has DIPSTICK..."real comfort in rear seats"
VW Golf wondermobile (?)..has real DIPSTICK
Morris Minor..original DIPSTICK technology..and a real KEY.
