Thought it would be a good joint purchase for Character & Dave T- former gets the engine, latter the seats and then sell on the rest as parts. Time flies like an arrow; fruit flies like a banana

love to know the circumstances around the sale out of interest.....has he checked the chassis number/engine numbers etc (the chassis no under the drivers side in particular) still there or ground out, also looks as if it was a non runner at some point due to removal of tow hitch cover, might I suggest yer mate gets it on a diagnostics before spending any further dosh and also have a compression test on the engine which might be overdue the 105K belt change BTW

everything checked out, numbers etc, logbook, mot and tax disc supplied, they were third owner.a car swerved to avoid another car and took it out. ins co wrote it off, paid them out and gave them the option to buy vehicle back. As tax was nearly up they wanted it away.was 4995 3 days before, got him down to 4200 over phone, he had a couple of timewasters who didnt turn up, next thing he dropped it to 3900 so had to get it. guy refused to pick up from heathrow, he was only 20 mins away. made own way there , ratchet strap round top of door to pull it in, finished of gap with gaffa tape, then drove it 400 miles home without a problem . belts all done as well as a new clutch 1 month ago.
who wants the lottery numbers for the weekend
