Not the best situation to find yourself in
This was a a great deal more stressful than the photo shows - each attempt to move created more of a slide down towards the bush - and leaning more and more!!

Recovery in progress
I dug the sand around the disco until my arms felt they would fall off - from this picture you can see the angle of the drop off to the left - did not feel very good at the time, as the tilt angle just increased - fortunately as I reversed the front turned to the left
As can be seen from this photo -from then on it was a relatively easy snatch out of trouble

How degrading, snatched by a Jeep.06 TDV6 SE with many LR and after-market extras. Used only on weekends and trips out west.
