Have you looked at TD5 Alive?
http://www.td5alive.com/
Yea I know the name but they also do a tune for the D3.
Did a GREAT job on my old TD5 and I am planning on the D3 remap now I have upgraded.

Sent reply m8, also look here for the switching option.

+40bhp and +90Nm of torque on the standard car taking into consideration fuel economy as a factor of the performance gain.
More is possibile but its not needed in my opinion on the every day car.

Hi
I don't understand the PUMA bit?
What does it offer?
Also what are the expected fuel economy GAINS with your remap, it is fuel economy more than raw performance (although that would be nice as well) that I am after?
Cheers.

Hi Robin
A Puma is a MY07> Defender with a 2.4TDCI ford transit engine fitted.
My mapping on the D3 is normaly set up for a nice gain in power while trying to maintain economy.
Each car will respond differently to the tune and will therefore make its own gain on economy.
I dont offer this remap with a XXX gain on economy as there are to many factors to take into consideration,
eg how the car is driven, millage, air temps , fuel quality the list goes on.
Im running some more back to back tests for economy on 2 of my D3's now using different fuel in each car i will report there personal gains as i get the results.
What i will say is that most people report a SMALL gain ineconomy of arround 3mpg but as said this may vary from car/customer to the next.
I can change the mapping to give more power and less economy but in honesty i strongly dont advise it, your car engines life is more inportant to me and id rarther not tune it to the max.
Regards Pete
