Suspension Problem

While offroad yesterday the car reported suspension extended mode.

The rear went all the way up and the front all the way down.

No codes on IID tool and a vehicle reset didn’t work.

Further playing around and the front n/s lifts a bit but not as much as the others and they all stay at the height they end up at so I am thinking that it's not a leaking airbag.

Any thoughts on what the problem might will be greatly received?

Hi Mike,

In calibration mode, manual calibration they show as:

front 217 - 238

Rear 201 - 184

Is that what you meant?

Thanks for the help.

OK

In test mode? This is what I got.

87 -57

54 - 50

I put it into build mode and then test mode and it allowed me to raise and lower all of the corners.

I did that once but now the fronts raise very slowly. I guess I have used up the air reservoir?

Problem found.

Snapped thingummy on the front left height sensor.

Unfortunately, that part isn't available other than attached to a whole new sensor!

Fortunately, it's an easy and not too expensive fix at £50.

On the trucks they have similair level valve linkages and the two rubber parts are joined by a 6mm dia steel rod, doesnt look like to much effort to drill out the plastic remains and do the same?

That's a brilliant idea, thanks!

I have been sitting here looking at the part and trying to figure out how I might repair it, at least until the new one arrives. I doubt glue will do it but the rod idea should.
