I've been talking to Barry at the recently restructured Compomotive as am looking at getting some of their lovely alloys. Tales of their demise are somewhat premature and Barry was pleased to tell me they have good stock of the P1880D rims (18" that WILL fit a D4) and can supply at £200 a corner, plus delivery. These are the rims that Bowler fit on the Nemesis - they're "well lush", as my daughter might say 8)
I was all set to buy them when I discovered my toy fund was needed for a new dining table "for Christmas". Imagine my delight; it's not like I'd been sitting down to dinner and finding the plate falling in my lap, but there you go
Anyhow, if anyone is looking at putting 18s on a D3 or D4, give Barry a shout at compomotivehttp://www.comp.co.uk I know I will be in the new year [/url]I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

The URL in your post is not quite right - the correct one is http://www.comp.co.uk/ - essentially, you had a full stop at the end!Mark.

I'm not 100% sure if Prospeed had a set of these and they didn't clear the brake calliper on a D4.Club Exped trailer

I can guarantee they clear the brake caliper on a MY13 D4. That's my D4 in the photo.

I could buy the Air Arms S410 back and that would cover 2 corners. Rich

Out of interest what size tyre would be fitted to these rims for a D4
I'd fit the standard LR size 255-60-18. But on the Compomotive website (not sure if it still exists in the same format) ISTR that they were also suggesting fitting wider sizes.
When my stash of 19" ATR's are worn out, I'll probably buy a set of these 18" rims.

I really like these wheels and they are most decidedly on my wish list.
