suspension noise

hi i have just brought a disco 3 but there is a knocking noise coming from the suspension area below when going over bumps etc any one have any ideas????

it could also be your rear seats if folded down as they can make a donking sort of sound - just a thought Women are like swimming pools, very expensive for the amount of time you spend in them!

Hi thanks for the help on this, is it a easy job or a garage job?
i do do alot of work on my 90 defender so quite good with spanners
