Stratstones that advertise on here are doing that for £599 inc vat. Click on sponsors at top of the page.
If your dealer charges a lot more then you should be able to question it.

I feel your pain and then some !
Mines currently in Duckworth at Market Rasen
I nearly opted for Shatstones offer but the parts they use are NOT genuine items !
So I went Main dealer and as I've used Duckworth before I went this route, it's about 30 miles from me but well worth the effort.
It's been with them since 08:00 last Thursday as they managed to find another few problems that required parts ordering in.
Should be done to day and picking up 08:00 in the morning.
I paid £750 for the cam belt change
And I had my Oil pan changed as its in the dreaded range but that was covered by LR customer Services plus 4 hours labour !
Then the other odds and sodds have topped that bill right up
That's my MY 14 rear lights & guards fund demolished this month ! Only dead fish go with the Flow !

If you click on Stratstones advert it does say genuine land rover parts. Have a look.
Surely they then must have to use them.

How can stratstones not use genuine parts if they just buy the belt kit ? Are you reffering to the service element ? James favourite hobby is writing in the third person.

Glad they didnt do the service element then ! My local indy did it. Interesting to know, if they cut corners there what else do they do ? James favourite hobby is writing in the third person.
