[For Sale] Roof Tent - "Autohome Overcamp"
Hi all,
I purchased this tent about a month ago, but am only selling as I've managed to get a really good bargain price on a Howling Moon roof tent, so need to sell this.
All I've done with this tent is pick it up from Southampton and then put it in the garage - never opened it or used it since the purchase (Not allowed to do any lifting at the moment).

'Auto home over camp' roof tent - The tent has had two owners from new (3 if you include me). The original owners used it for one summer and it was used a handful of times for weekend camping over 3 years by the 2nd owner.
Suitable for all types of vehicles, any Autohome can be opened in seconds, offering a comfortable, cozy bed without the need to be on the ground. It doesn't matter if the land is wet, muddy, rocky, frozen or asphalt you don't need to pitch your tent, because your Autohome is on your vehicle. All Autohome Roof Top Tents have plenty of internal space for your travel bedding and accessories. So easy to pack away you can leave your camp at a moments notice!
OverCamp Roof tents are excellent fitting on any vehicle attaching to roof bars or rack. The tent folds over on its self and packs away into a PVC waterproof cover. The tent is in excellent condition having been re-waterproofed and dry stored over winter when not in use. The tent comes with Integral mattress, pillow (x2),Poles to hold doors open and long adjustable ladder for 4x4 roof mounting. Roof bar fitting kit included too.
This tent has been well looked after and the only blemish is a frayed edge to one internal mosquito nets - this is an easy repair but hasn't made any difference to normal use. All zips are good, fastenings etc. all in good order. The PVC cover has had a couple of minor repairs and is water proof and elastic is all good too!
OverCamp Small: recommended for two adults. Central positioning: the tent will occupy the car roof space.
1 - Fabric 50% cotton and 50% acrylic. Waterproof, tear and mold resistant, keeps its shape, offers great ventilation and doesn't retain the heat.
2 - Multi-layer base. Long fibre wood coated on both sides with plastic material, it is waterproof, mold resistant and doesn't lose its shape.
3 - Thick foam mattress, removable cover, with two or four pillows. Elastic under-mattress for extra protection.
4 - Strong self-contained adjustable telescopic ladder.
5 - Windows fitted with fine mesh mosquito nets and zip fasteners to create useful shutters.
6 - A guy rope enables you to open the windows from inside.
7 - Water diversion system to stop water seeping through.
8 - Two inner storage pockets.
9 - Two air inlets with Velcro closure

Will need to be picked up or courier network - it will fit into the back of a Disco 3 (and 4) so no need for roof rack.

Put a deposit down to hold one so that there is one for me when I get home in July. Have your for yours? Did you go for sides too?
