DiscoJake,
I've been following this thread since it started.
Your first post on Page 3 was to berate AJS - who, I believe, sell all makes of tyres.
You were out of order, you know that and are now trying to wriggle out Accept that and move on.....
Oh, yes, I have a set of winters on 19" rims, I'll let you guess what they are Stew,
2010 D4 gone but I really loved it

That'll be the page 1 version of page 3 then where I commented on my previous use of Dunlop tyres as per the Op
As for berating AJS well I'm not going to win any fans here but every tyre debate we have these is always a "plenty of stock of wintracs" post.
Andy is quite within his rights to promote his business as a valued site sponsor but there are other makes available and I'd like to discuss those (as did the Op )
Peace out

I'm running Nokian Hakkepelletas in the winter and Nokian Z SUV tyres during the summer. Both are great and out perform the General Grabber ATs and Pirelli Scorpions I had before. I'm a high mileage driver and am very pleased that there is no visible wear on the Zs after 20K and there is 60% left on the winter tyres after 30k. The Hakkepelletas are better in slush and snow than in rain but in both circumstances they are a good tyre. I find that the Zs give a very comfortable ride which is a bonus. I will certainly replace them with like for like when the time comes. 2011 D4 HSE, it'll be nice if it ever works!
2014 D4 HSE Luxury. as if one money pit isn't enough!
My old 2005 D3. Now sold after 362000 on the original engine!

Discojake the discussion isn't just about one tyre. Your are obviously entitled to be a participant but then so is AJS... You are not the OP so please stop trying to dissuade others from feeling that they can participate. 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
