Hi, it's a long time since someone posted a reply in this topic. I know I'm a bit late but since I have my Discovery 4 for only one month now, I've noticed the existence of this securing kit only right now. When in 2007, I bought my first Land Rover, a Freelander 2, I didn't want the OEM tow ball as some of those showed some play without being used even one time ! But now, I've got one included in the options of my Discovery Graphite and guess what: I can feel some play on it yet. There's a strip of plastic foam glued on the side of the towing hook so the play isn't too obvious. Isn't it amazing that a premium car manufacturer has been getting away with this for years ?
So could you please tell me if this kit still available ? I don't trust the towing hook as it is now.

I found one on e-bay so I removed my name on the list above.
A few days ago, I towed a trailer for the first time with my new D4 and the play on the tow bar has increased clearly already !
