armrest

Hi
Can anyone tell me how to fix a armrest on my discovery 3
It's just flapping up and down and it won't tighten up
Any ideas would be much appreciated

England 2007 Discovery 3 TDV6 XS Auto Stornoway GreyDiscovery 3

Pull the cap of covering the mounting bolt, in there is a pin, this pin will have come out of it's hole, you need to knock it back in as this sets the level of the arm.
