| Forgot what my D3 looks like |

Went in late on the 11th to have the oil pump changed as mine is an 07 model, and Geoff said it needed doing  so I booked it up and took the parts along. Now over a week later it's still not done! Apparently they didn't have the kit to lock the engine up and it took over 4 hours to remove the viscous fan.
They're saying late Monday it will be done but I'm still not happy  2007 D3 XS Auto 101k

I would go elsewhere but they've got the kit now and the old pump is now off apparently. I will be having words with the workshop manager about the length of time for this job! 2007 D3 XS Auto 101k

That's nothing, mine was picked up on the 3rd, still not go it back. 
It went back to the selling dealer for: one rear parking sensor, air con condensor and re-gas, EGR valves/blanking/ turbo actuator free up/check, plus check the EPB and new MoT.
They new previously about the Mot and parking sensor and had ordered the parts required (drop links for Mot) and I had advised them about the condenser (I pressure tested the A/C system) and for the turbo & EGR's Disco Mickey did a quick scan and they were told the results.
The only late issue was the EPB which started playing up when I was waiting for them to arrange to take it back for the other stuff. I got a phone call on Thursday saying it needs a new module and they are waiting to get a refurbed one so I may not get it back this year!
Not happy!

How long ago did you buy it? If they can't fix it might be time to start talking about rejecting it. Might give them a kick up the ar$e. If they can't get a refurbed module, the answer is quite simple. Fit a new on.

Got it at the end of August.
This is the second time it has been back. For the same original issues, except EPB.
I'll be phoning on Monday for an update and depending on their response I'll consider the reject word.
Though I'm happy with it if they get it sorted.
I'll also name and shame them when I finally get everything sorted as they have a few D3's and RRS etc from time to time.

Got it back yesterday finally  sooo comfortable compared to my Hyundai hire car and they also changed the auxiliary belt as it was split
Very happy now knowing the oil pump is done, next is the compressor 2007 D3 XS Auto 101k
