Auxilary Battery/Rear outlet
I have fitted an Optima Yellow top as an Aux battery. I now want to run a dedicated lead to an outlet at the rear (near existing outlet) to run a fridge.
Can someone tell me the easiest way/route to acheive this?
It is fairly easy. You can use the grommet in the left footwell to get the power from the engine to the inside. Then run the wire under the door sill plate (it snaps off) to the rear. Remove the door trim to get the wire to the rear storage area. I added a fuse block there and went from that to the exisiting 12 plug.David
