Yup 
You just need to check the tyres are probably rated at 107, the D3 std is 111, but there are a few people that use the D3 only on road with these tyres. Other than that, the wheels are fine you just may need to change the tyres if going grren laning of heavier off road Bodsys Brake Bible

When I got a set of those style wheels with new Pirelli Scorpion tyres they were the exact same as what comes on a D3. It's the smaller RRS tyres that aren't the correct load rating. IE - 05 D3 TDV6 HSE - Zambezi Silver
