Upper Glove Box rattling
The upper glove box has developed an annoying rattle when doing about 20-30 mph. When I open it, the noise goes
For now I'll be driving with it unlatched. Has anybody else had this and more importantly managed to resolve it

Mine used to do that - used to do my head in - dealer couldn't seem to fix it so I just did as you do and left unlatched - permanently fixed it by selling my D3

I had the same on a D2, took me weeks to work out where the noise was coming from, the cure? drill some discrete holes and inject the lid with silicone sealant, worked well.

There is a Land Rover technical bulletin regarding upper glovebox rattle. You have to replace the two little rubber stoppers that make contact with the glovebox lid. Land Rover part number LR020472.

Sounds promising
Ive been driving round with it either un latched (which can be worse) or latched shut with a piece of card wedged in it rattle

My D3 is OK, but a friends has the same issue. I had some kitchen door closure bump stop type things from B&Q. They are just self adhesive rubber pads. I put one on each side where the factory rubber stops are supposed to hit and it just take up the slack. Simple 2 min fix
