Turbo replacement body on

Yes it is possible, a bit tricky and quite fun really!
Here is my video showing my experiences, it is not meant as a "how to" just showing you how I managed it without a ramp or pit and just a few home made tools. It took me 3-4 days taking it slowly!
Hope it helps some of you guys.
Fault codes were: P0299 and P006a (turbo underboost/overboost)

Nice video....good to know though probably abit more than I'd like to tackle especially with no indoor space to attempt it. Think mine has had the same probs for around 6 months but as I do little motorway miles (which is probably causing half the probs in the first place) I've got away with it most of the time up to now. Really weird that the turbo can still feel fine and quite powerful in everyday driving yet still be Censored

Have you freed off and lubricated the actuator?- plenty of info if you do a search Thumbs Up It can when others can't,

Unfortunately yes several times over the last 12 months both from the wheel-arch and below the battery tray but I very seldom kick the pedal all the way down which won't help. Need to collect some readings off the IID tool when I get a mo and a clear road to let it fail without killing anyone especially me! Thumbs Up D4 HSE Lux MY16 Club Waitomo
