Getting prices for replacing the front suspension lower arms ( clonking ) got a price from LR for parts & labour which seemed ok ( if not parts a little pricy but labour seemed ok aroung £200 ) compared to independent at £180, although parts (LR genuine were around £140 each)
however the price of realignment/tracking seemed pricy at LR
independant said around £ 40+vat where LR wanted £240+vat which is about right ?
based on your experiences

Our local LR main dealer charges a huge amount for 4 wheel alignment also.
The odd thing is, there are only 2 places within the town who have the correct equipment and the dealership isn't one of them.
The dealership sub the alignment work out to, you guessed it, one of the two places that does have the equipment and presents the quadrupled invoice to the poor customer.
Sound familiar???
Last time I had mine done, I think I paid £70 for cash by going direct. Mods:
