I don't know for certain, but suspect the answer is yes.
Check very carefully for colour match against the switch panel above the radio (with the hazard warning lights switch in) as this looks different in the 'wood' version, and ISTR that the radio panel itself has also now changed to black.
Fitting should then just be a case of 'pull off' the old bits, push on the new. Long succession of Disco's since 2001...
SIII Lightweight - neglected & rusting. Bulkhead, A panels, vent panel & outriggers now disintegrated - Next years project!

Err...I would double check TBH ..ISTR that there are more rounded internal edges to the 2008 fittings that mean it won't fit earlier models 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

you'd have to change the panel with the hazard switch, DSC switch etc, in it - which would then be a different colour to the IHU and the ATCU.... there would also be a difference in the material and colour of the 'bright' bits, so new horn pushes for the steering wheel and a new lower console trim (the large panel around the gear selector) would be needed
it's do-able, but not a cheap job

Hi Mounty,
Maybe a silly question, but why would you want to? I agree that the pre-MY08 interiors are rather dull and boring, but I think the piano-black finish is awful and makes the car look like a cheap Opel/Vauxhall/GM hatchback rather than a 'premium' car.....
If it helps, I work in the automotive sector and I know that lots of suppliers have had major quality problems with the piano-black finish that is suddenly so fashionable...(pushing up costs significantly)
It would be much cheaper removing the trim covers/panels and getting a decent spray-shop to paint them in the exact colour/finish you want.....
Don't let me put you off (I actually like the MY08 wood effect that everyone else seems to hate), but as TFC says.....it won't be cheap and are you sure that it'd be worth the cost? 2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE Auto Buckingham Blue

Oh I think that piano black is not such a good idea. It looks a bit out of place.
What about this and what it is worth? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LAND-ROVER-DISCOVERY...dZViewItem Daniel
