[Sold] Discovery 4 59 plate 2009 XS - No Longer Available
NEW PRICE DUE TOO COLLECTING NEW CAR THIS WEEKEND
Having owned this for a year, I'm now feeling the urge to move up to 2012 model.
Ipanema sand with beige leather interior
I'm the 3rd owner
Currently on 81k miles
MOT till Nov 2016
Full Land Rover service history.
Rear privacy glass
Side steps
Detachable tow bar
Genuine Land Rover rear ladder
All other standard XS equipment
In my ownership I've;
Replaced all 4 tyres, currently around 6-7mm on all of them.
Replaced all four discs and pads with genuine LR items
1 brake calliper replaced when doing the above brake discs.
Front lower arms replaced with genuine Land Rover parts.
O/S front wheel bearing replaced under warranty.
Rear brake pipe replaced under MOT test insurance.
Car is in great condition and also has Land Rover extended warranty currently running on it. This can be transferred to new owner for an additional premium, adding much appreciated peace of mind not available on many vehicles of this age or price range.
It can also be extended again up to 10 years or 100k miles for any prospective new owner.
With all the above work recently carried out in the last 4 months, this is a great opportunity to acquire a well sorted example of this great car.
Pictures are below, but any specifics please request them. I can also sort out a walk round video clip for anybody who wants it.
Price £18k no offers

has it been smoked in at all?

Cheers folks.
It's a truly superb car that wants for nothing. All the usual consumable items associated with a 6 year old Discovery have been replaced this last 3 months (brakes, EPB shoes and front arms).
Plus 4 tyres back in May last year and the opportunity to continue the LR extended warranty until the car hits 100k mile or 10 years old.
I've had a decent trade in offer, which is directly in relation to all the work which has been done. Traders buying these cars know a good thing when they're on to it.
This will be retailing all day long at £20k I reckon as there is no prep whatsoever needed to stick it on a forecourt.
I'm gutted opportunities like this don't appear when I'm buying cars, that's typical!
Mind you, the convenience of PX is appealing so it's not all bad.

Not interested in a swap for a BMW Z4m Coupe are you?
Looks a cracking vehicle, but unfortunately I'm not in a position to buy at the moment.

Thanks for the offer, but I've already got a sunny weekend car tucked up in the garage, I've only driven that 400 miles in the last 12 months!
Good luck with your sale though

Cheers but the opportunity for someone has been missed now I think.
New car being collected Saturday AM which rules out any potential purchasers buying it between now and then if being totally honest, unless someone is very local.

If you are looking at selling the coupe then drop me a PM.... not in any rush but would be interested in knowing more... it'd then potentially help you get the D4
