Neighbours think i am mad.
After seeing others all clean at 5.30 this morning I started to wash and polish my car before it gets to hot as black can be a nightmare.
Just waiting for the forsale boards to start going up.

Cleaned mine today
Looks OK in photos but close up not great. Suppose shouldn't complain after 9 years. Suspect the early years may have been the hardest....

What do you all use to polish em up...
I have a black d3 too and was thinking of getting some poorboys black hole...
Any one tried it..
I don't wanna spend all day polishing. Just something that works well in little time.
When I bought my 05 d3 it looked really well. A good deep shine. Then it got a bit dirty and I washed it... It then showed up all the scratches and blemishes...
It seems to have like a deep shine gel or something on it, that got removed by a good wash..05 D3 SE

I use autoglym super resin polish with a DA polisher to remove all the blemishes after a good wash, then I treat with autoglym ultra gloss protection. You can apply several coats of this and always top up after a wash without polishing first. Comes up really good. However the key is getting it really clean first and then a good polish, this takes time, after that though just keep using the gloss protection after a wash.
