Road Trip 2016
Right, it's that time of the year. Car packed, satnav set to points north & east and lights in Hurdiegurdie mode. It's roadtrip time, sitting waiting on my Chunnel train.
Heading to:
South & east of Berlin for a few days
Across to NE Poland and up through Baltics
Ferry to Helsinki then up E side of Finland
Up to just south of North Cape via Lake Inari and the NE corner of Norway
Back into Finland via Alta then on to Sweden
Back south along spine of Sweden
Home via Denmark and N Germany
Plan to wild camp in Scandinavia, will just pitch the oztent where I can find a nice spot by a lake. If weather is too rubbish to camp then D3 campervan will be used. Should be about 6,300 miles in just over 3 weeks, lots and lots of "eye spy with my little eye, something beginning with tree". Looking out for mooses and reindeer. Will post the odd pic or two and, once in Scandinavia, will post a Glympse trail if peeps are interested.

Just got to remember which side of the road they drive on. On the train so not long to go til proper kick off. Then it's get cheap diesel swiftly followed by finding a boulangerie for croissants & bread.

I'm just back in on the train this morning, I have never had an issue at the train, at Calais well that a completely different story.
