Just a shame the 5.0 Supercharged was never available on the D4 in the UK
Could never understand why Land Rover thought anyone paying close on £60k for a car (Guestimate Price) wouldn't be able to afford to run it!!Discovery 4 HSE

I think it was more about not stealing sales away from the more expensive and profitable Range Rover range.2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

You can always buy a D4 V8 5.0 in the US (Cali, or Arizona) and have it shipped to the UK.

It's all the more frustrating when you consider they're screwed together not much more than 100 miles from my front door Discovery 4 HSE

I have had a D3 v8 for nearly 3 years now... bought it with 58k miles on it, now at 111,000.
Absolutely love it to bits..... facelifted it to 2014 D4, inc full interior change. Been remapped, not sure the fuel consumption is as bad as people make it..... I live in Cheshire and work in the lakes. Car spends most if its life on the m6 or lakes roads..... I am getting near 400 miles to the tank! Given the positives over the diesel..... noise, throttle response, lighter, power etc... I can't complain.
Why didn't Land Rover make more RH drive D4s..... not sure what I am going to do when it comes time to swap...

My plan is to run my for 50k, which may take 10 years Like to see some interior shots of the D4 face lifted Interior. My dash comp has been showing 20mpg on the 100 miles I have done on B roads. How did the remap?
